Delivery and Shipping Policies

At Chokhana, we are dedicated to delivering your order in superior-quality packaging within the stipulated delivery time. We ship orders daily, except on Sundays and Public Holidays, using only reputable courier services to ensure your order arrives promptly and in excellent condition.

Domestic Shipping: Domestic shipping across most parts of India typically takes 3-5 business days. Shipping charges are clearly stated and added to your order total at Checkout. Additional 'remote area surcharges' may apply, if applicable, and will be clearly stated at Checkout.

International Shipping: Shipping times for international orders vary and generally take 10-15 business days, depending on location. Shipping charges and any applicable import customs duties are clearly listed and added to your order total at Checkout. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties imposed by their destination country.

Shipping Details: Multiple items from a single order are typically shipped together in one box. If you prefer individual packaging for each item, an additional fee will apply.

Returns and Exchanges: If you have issues with your order, please email us at chokhanatheweave@gmail.com. International returns require customers to ship items back to India and pay any associated taxes and duties.
